Even though I just posted about popsicles not too long ago, I came across a new flavor that is now my FAVE! In the past, I haven't been a huge fan of apple juice, but my son loves it. Today, we compromised, and I made popsicles with half apple juice / half water. We used our little popsicle kit from the last post.
I also decided to step it up and add some real chopped apple chunks to it. Everything froze together beautifully! The apples did not turn brown or anything and the flavor was amazing! It is a healthy, sweet summer apple treat! Very refreshing on a hot day.

MOM HACK: Add the apples first, & then pour the juice/water mixture on top. That way there is no overflow. I learned this the hard way, UGH!
