Use a wire rack on top of a baking sheet with aluminum foil. This makes for easy cleanup, which we know every Mom needs. Try to space them out so the drippings have somewhere to go. #MomHack #BakingRack #EasyCleanUp #MomBlog
Bake at 375F for 35 minutes. Then raise the temp to 400F for 10 more minutes. This will get them crispy brown. Make sure to check the internal temperature is above 175F before serving to your family. I never serve meats without checking the temperature. I don't want to be the one responsible for giving food poisoning to my family! If you don't have a kitchen thermometer, buy it right now!
